Stiffness after the DOMS

I went a bit overboard on stiff leg deadlifts over a week ago after not doing them in a while. I got the worst DOMS I have ever had in my life. I was actually in bed since with a cold so didn't even get the chance to go out for a jog to warm up for some relief. They have subsided now but my hamstring flexibility is fecked.

Can one all out bout of resistance exercise reverse your flexibility in the long term. Surely not. BTW its definitely not a sprain or anything as it is even across both hamstrings and I can only notice at the point of stretch.
