Torn Shoulder Labrum and AC Separation

    Hey all,
Just wondering if anyone has suffered either/both of the above, my question : Is it possible to regain full strength after the injury.

I managed to do both in a snowboarding accident, and due to a slight congenital displacement of my clavicle (that I have always had) the doc was pretty flumoxed in diagnosing the issue, only after CT and Xray did he take a stab at it.
So in short, I've had no surgery or PT and have started back doing high rep low weight interval circuits, but I can feel a definite weakness int he shoulder, Thats only natural now (given that the accident was 10 weeks ago) but will I get all the power back?

    Cheers

tell me you have seen a physio and are doing specific shoulder rehab - pleeease!

otherwise do all of these at a really light level (not the leg work unless you can) -

I did and have done the exercises prescribed.
The messed up thing is that because of the congenital defect in the clavicle, both the doc and physio were saying that because they have basically never seen this injury before they have no idea what to prescribe. A torn labrum is normally treated with PT and no surgery anyway, as is the case with a separation.
I'm not lifting crazy weights at all and have no intention of doing so. Its weird because I have nearly all the strength in my shoulder, but ocasionally fell pulls in the tendons attaching the acromion because it has become, eh - relocated I think is the best way to describe it.
