    The Tower looks pretty awesome.

I always tend to be wary of something that has 3+ functions. In my experience they tend to do everythign half assed.

Without trying to be a complete IL b*itch. I would check out www.irishlifting.com and see what you think.

Honestly I would not get any of these:
but im stuck between either a POWER RACK SMITH/LAT MACHINE and bench

    http://www.uk-gym.com/index.php?page...emart&Itemid=9

or this POWER RACK SMITH/LAT MACHINE http://www.uk-gym.com/index.php?page...emart&Itemid=9

But its up to you man. Check the Irish Lifting site anyway before you make a purchase.

i think the bench looks grand tbh, i would go for the power rack and bench. you can remove that crappy leg raise thing from the bench anyway and it looks solid enough.

    Don't suppress it Brutus.
    Local Industries first n'all.

I'd get a power rack OP.

    Like this one:

    http://www.irish-lifting.com/power-rack-pe-197.html

If you already have a bench you can bench in it.
And screw pulldowns, pullups do more and contain around 13.58x as much win as pulldowns.

I did one in my living room and my neice asked my sister why I was flying.
    True story.

    Thanks for the advise guys,

brutusthebarber: Ya I think you are right about the POWER RACK SMITH/LAT MACHINE, I have checked out irishlifting and its look great, will be sure to get more weights from there when they are needed, cheers for the heads up.

cardio, shoot me and d'Oracle: cheers for the advise, I think I will be going with the power rack and bench, they look fine for what I need them for.

d'Oracle, ya your right, I will do the pull ups instead of the pulldowns.........good story by the way.

Well if you are going with the power rack the UK gym seems to be far cheaper at £270 (incl delivery) compared to IL €399.
Can't see much of a difference in the actual racks. Similar dimensions etc.
