Not sure what you mean. I will only ever buy a gun after close inspection AND test firing it which is why I won't meet in a public place, it's against the law to brandish a RIF in public! I will only conduct a purchase/sale in my house or the other party's house, that way the item can be inspected in peace and legally fired as it would be private property.
