Hi all! Need a bit of advice here. I've got a 00 Jaguar that I need repaired, and I was wondering if any of you could recommend a mechanic, ideally one that knows something about Jags and isn't too expensive. It's a number of small-ish issues, from new batter / getting it NCT ready to fixing the boot, heating and radio.

Anyone have any recommendations? Thanks in advance.

There's a local man who does general services and minor repairs, but I don't know how he is with Jaguars. He's a few miles west out of town on the old N6
At the end of the day they're nothing special, just another car - spares may be a different matter.

I can PM you his number if you're interested.

There's a new garage after opening on the way into the bowling Alley in Athlone, beside Athlone Extrusions. On the way in on the right. Can't remember the name but good lads and good value.
