I havent used them, but I know that creatine in powder form is recommended as it is absorbed quicker into the bloodstream and also tends to be cheaper than liquid or capsule format.

But I cant really comment as to the effectiveness of the product.

    Have a look here: http://www.fitnessireland.ie/index.php?cPath=23
U could probably pick up a basic creatine powder for fairly cheap. There isnt much difference between the basic creatine and the super expensive name-brand stuff. Just make sure its Creatine Monohydrate.

    Hope that helps.

P.S. Be sure to increase your daily water intake by at least 3 liters at the VERY minimum!!!

Why does the water intake have to be upped?

Because Adenosine Tri Phosphate is stored in conjunction with water.

Or in laymans terms: Creatine works by trapping water in your muscles :)
This helps them to recuperate faster. I dont know the exact science but that is the basics.

So U have to drink more water to replace the lost water. If U didnt drink enough water, u could cause damage to either your kidneys or your liver. Not sure which one.

How do U tell U are drinking enough water, I hear U ask?
Just make sure that when U go for a pee that your pee is not yellow.

Although, dont go crazy drinking water either. 3 or 4 liters extra over what U drink now should do the trick.

Yes. I have been taking it on/off for a few years.

Which reminds me. U should cycle creatine. 6 - 8 weeks on, 4 - 6 weeks off. It occurs naturally in your body so if U take it all the time, your body will stop producing. Its similar to why U shouldnt take antibiotics all the time. Your body gets lazy and stops producing it naturally because it has a better source if you are intaking creatine.
