    Hey guys!

    Basically made the mistake of making my first purchase online, and while trying to decipher sizes I discovered that while I'm a size 8 bust and hips, I'm a 12 waist :eek:

    So was wondering if any of the ladies here have any general toning exercises, diet tips that used regularly actually make a visible difference on your body tone. Not so much a personal issue as just what you guys do to keep in shape and any hints or tips that work and that others could use?

    Cut out all junk food and starchy carbs and fizzy drinks and you'll notice a huge difference in your waist.

    I've been doing weights for about 7 months and i've gotten smaller but retained my boobs & bum which is good.

    I have been doing this programme for a while now and I can really notice the changes in my body shape, I'm thrilled! It seems scary at first, but weight training really is the best way to get in shape. Combine that with a better diet and you'll be svelte in no time!

    Check out the stickies on the fitness forum for diet information, theres also usually some good healthy recipies on there too!

    I am ADDICTED to this website - she is my idol!!!! Girl from the Czech Republic with a body to die for who posts her workouts diet tips every day to her blog and YouTube, I've tried loads of her workouts and they are killers - she eats very small meals about 6 times a day and eats very clean food, definitely the way to go. http://www.bodyrock.tv

    THese websites www.stumptuous.com and www.gubernatrix.com are good for tips about girls weight lifting. Getting a proper coach would help too some of the moves are tricky at first.
