If you can make it out to the Leixlp/Lucan boarder there is a great class next to Weston Airport.

Yer one who does it is really good, in a purpose built studio out the back, and only a tenner a class, pay as you go.

Think it's Tuesdays and Thursdays around 8. The first class or 2 are the worst as your constantly looking at the instructor trying to figure out the moves. It's better after that.

This particular class is tough enough so bring water and a towel!

Getting my Wii Fit tomorrow instead of going to the class!!

Around the clontarf, marino, fairview area would be perfect but not lucan lol

regarding the wii fit, I have a wii but dont have the wii fit, is it really as good as doing a yoga class?

Picking it up tomorrow so I'll let you know!

There is Bikram yoga in Harrolds Cross, but that may not be ideal for beginners/too far away!

    Go Team!

This place is one of the best Pilates classes I've come across ... (in Rathmines btw)

There are so many bad instructors out there, it's unbelievable!! These guys are really really good though, and building up your strength bit by bit is their goal, not making you do crazy moves (badly) just for the sake of it! That will get you nowhere except the hospital ;)

    Hi There

I have never used these folks, so cannot not give any feedback on how good they are, but they are in the area you are looking for.

I made enquiries with them about yoga classes a while back, but then chickened out of going :)
