Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

House build costing

    Looking at building a 4 bed home in Dun Laoghaire Rathdown, the site is close to the road and other serviced houses, anybody got an idea as to what the council charge for connecting to water sewage etc

    On another note, has anyone a good checklist for an amateur costing a build like this??

    Any good sites for price comparisons on build costs etc?

    Anything would help
