9 Days and down in the dumps

Been on a "diet" of sorts for the last 9 days, mainly organised meals and walking - lots of walking - try and get around 15,000 steps a day. But, I am down in the dumps:
    • It feels like it will take forever
    • I had much more fun when I would drink, smoke and eat junk - life seems to have gotten very boring all of a sudden
    • I still can't focus on my college work like I hoped...
    • It may sound strange or deep or a bit "stoner-ish" but I feel like I am changing as a person and my friends that I have had for the last few years don't fit in to where I see myself in a few months...kind of strange after 9 days...
It's pretty sickening but on the plus side, I really enjoy walking now and it is anything but a chore...

    Have you weighed yourself?

Post your diet, you may be going a bit extreme on the calorie deficit.

Yup and now am more focussed than ever - have lost 4/5 of a stone in 3 weeks from my regime and feel better than ever! :D

As for my diet, it is a basic Breakfast of cereal, dinner with lots of veg, piece of fruit and then around 8pm, two slices of wholemeal toast with a hard boiled egg. I have built this routine along with an hour walking every day and I love it. Compared a picture of myself now and when I started and can't believe the difference - the overhang is nearly gone! It feels great to be progressing like this and am very very happy!
