Unsure of calories in this product

    Hi,

    Ok I have a packet of Knorr Pastaria Pasta Carbonara which is 170g in weight and you are supposed to add it to water and add 25g of butter.

    On the nutrional information on the packet it says:

    (typical values as prepared with butter)

    per 100g
    145Kcal

    Yet beside that in the next column it says per portion (1/2 pack)
    429kcal

    So is the exact calories in the this packet 145kcal x 1.7 or is it 429kcal x 2 (ie. 2 x half packs)

    It has 858 calories per pack. The amount per 100g is mostly water, so it's very misleading.
