I'm wondering about the best way to get into this. I've always avoided it before but I am 5 foot 3 and around 133lbs and want to drop a stone asap.
I've read that 25 mins is the best including a 5 min warm up so would you think a min at 90% effort followed by a minute at 50% would be good or should it be a longer recovery time?
I'll be running on a treadmill (and possibly looking very silly!).
