Fitness cd's

    heyyyy,

    Any recommendations on cd's for classes..

    body toning etc..

    I can always find aerobic and kick boxing cds,
    But toning with good tunes are hard to come by...

    :)

    is it just cd's your looking for? I know Davina McCaul DVD's are popular, but not much use if your lookin for CD, sorry!

    Yea music cds to play during class..

    Ones i can download rather than buy!

    If you can get your hand on a credit card - clickmix.com. you pick music by beats per minute so for 'toning'/body conditionning.

    Protempo (musictrax is their webpage) and you can chose cds. you can look for cds under everytype of fitness type class. - again you need a credit card.

    Re: the itunes - you dont need a credit card, you can buy gift cards in shops these days like pc world or apple shops that can be used in the instance you dont have a credit card
