Loosing weight from Bust and Back!!

    hi

    as the title says, i need to loose a few inches from across my back and bust, anyone any ideas how to do this or will this just reduce as i loose weight all over?

    ps: i am asking as i need to fit into a dress in 4 months, and dress is perfect bar this area!

    Yep

    post up your current stats, goals, diet and exercise routine and the folks here will be able to advise and you should be able to fit in that dress then :D

    +1, the weight will come off from where your body decides, so just focus on losing the flab full stop.

    Also, it must be an Irish thing - but there is no such thing as 'to loose'. You mean 'to lose'. 'Loose' means 'not tight' ;)

    I had a dress like that to get into myself one time!;)

    You cant spot-reduce fat and flab. The weight will come off as you continue to exercise and eat helathily.
    In order to toen the general upper body area - do Bicep curls, triceps kickbacks/dips, push ups and the lat pull down at the Gym.
