Yeah, that's the offical poster for EC. It's on Sky Box Office on 21/2/10.

Thats a joke been on Sky Box Office, have they got all PPV there now. No Way Out was always on Sky Sports

not all but all the big ones and although it has Mania and the Rumble either side of it EC is now considerd a big draw these days as the chamber matches and the fact that it is in the middle of the road to wrestlemania should get it good numbers.

The big 4 had to be on SBO but their smart for putting EC on SBO imo. We're now on the Road to Mania so WWE know this is the time that interest in WWE goes sky high. It's their chance to gain some money

I predicted the PPV's in that thread.SBO will have 8 PPV's this year and 5 PPV's will be on Sky Sports. I'll say Backlash, The Bash, Breaking Point, Night of Champions and Bragging Rights will be on Sky Sports

Where will HBK figure in this? I expected him to be in RAW's EC match.

This is the last PPV beore Mania. I except HBK to get to Taker at some point during the PPV (SD's EC)

Vince has no choice really, the buyrates have recently been DREADFUL in the States so he probably feels this is a PPV that some of us would be ok with forking out money on.

yes its the last one before mania, it replaced No way Out (which was a better name and apt for EC)

This looks like the start of a downward spiral for HBK, if we didnt always hear about him no longer wanting to portray a heel then id think he was turning for sure.

Loses the rumble and his shot at Taker (he will prob get one last shot at this at EC)
loses his qualifier for the EC match
loses his tag team titles
DX split...

I actually don't think we'll see Taker V HBK again. With Batista eliminating HBK from the Rumble, and now becoming involved in the Bret V Vince storyline, I think WWE may be pulling a swerve and have Bret ask HBK to help him with Batista and Vince. Perhaps even have HBK enter the SD EC match, but have Batista costing HBK the win, causing HBK to focus on Batista instead

not a hope in hell ECW will have an EC match, does it even have 6 big enough names to start with?

Christian isnt long for ECW imo but will prob stay there until the post mania draft around Backlash time imo

and yeah atm DX are tag champs so HBK can turn up on SD if he wants this week and maybe try and get in their EC match although that wont get him taker at mania unless he wins it and then the mania match is a rematch for the belt

That's a good question on ECW getting a chamber match. Usually when WWE do a gimmick PPV, they have 3 gimmick matches (except TLC which had 4)

Christian is ECW's only draw so I can see him staying over there until 1) the next draft when ECW will inevitibly get buried with 1 pick or 2) the ECW change will happen soon

I could see HBK costing Taker the title at EC somehow so the he would get this attention and Taker would b p***ed off and finally Taker agrees to the match at WM

That would leave Edge at a loose end, but maybe thats the plan if he is not fully ready yet after his injury.

I like that their pushing fella's like McIntyre,Truth and for a while Ziggler but guys like Kane need to be in a chamber match imo. Look at what happend last year, Knox got into the Raw chamber, his push hit a wall and he disappeared off Raw for a while afterwards

Lets hope so.
I want to see how someone reasonably new will do in a PPV main event, the Chamber won't struggle in any way without Kane.
Truth is fresh and is getting a push lets see him cope with the likes of Taker and Rey in such a big match.

Kane is a good shout alright, didn't even think of him when I was trying to come up with a name for the 6th spot tbh!! Still, Truth has been getting a decent push in recent weeks. I always like to see a fresh face or two in these types of match, rather than a Kane/Big Show type who looks unstoppable until they get hit with everyone elses finisher and are "shockingly" eliminated!

It might not be yet; they had Bragging Rights on Skysports.com as being on Box Office up until about 3 days before it was on. I hope its on Sky Sports...I usually like No Way Out/Elem Chamber...but €22 is a bit much to shell out!!!

It seems like Truth might get a push though. A win against Jericho and he eliminated both Show and Henry in the Rumble. I wouldn't rule him out of the World Title match. I would love to see him in it anyway.

no doubt kane will lose to drew in the ic match

itll be interesting to see what HBK will do this week on Raw or Smackdown to get a shot at undertaker.

i kinda expected HBK to just cost Undertaker at Elimination Chamber so Undertaker wouldnt be in the main event either. that would leave Undertaker free to fight HBK without the title being on the line. with HBK and Undertaker most likely taking the couple months off after WM as usual this would make alot more sense

i moved to sky about 6 months ago. ntl where talking about offering wwe ppvs back then. dont know if they are yet or not but give them a ring. the only prob is you can only order ntl ppvs during office hours. mon-fri 9-5

Normally the night of a PPV they stay open later.

I know for big boxing PPVs they'll stay open for pretty much the whole event.

NTL do have a PPV channel and if you go to it, the number to ring will be displayed.

didnt realise they sayed open now. my brother was working with them just before we moved to sky and the latest he ever worked was 7 or 8. if your sure cool but if your not sure id ring before friday evening to order it

Heard they were talking about adding Batista v Edge but I don't think it'd been officially announced.

If one allows 45 minutes for each chamber match that's fair enough but for a 3hour show that means we'd get 45 minutes from the IC title and Women's title match? hahaha

I always enjoy the February ppv, No Way Out produced some great moments down the years, particularly Eddies title victory. Tonight should define what matches we can expect at WrestleMania.

I expect HBK and Batista to interfere in the chamber matches in some way. Judging by the consensus in the predictions thread we can expect a great night for the heels with roughly 3/4 of us forecasting Sheamus, Jericho, McIntyre and Maryse victories.

If they are having some celebrity involvement at WM perhaps the seeds will be sown tonight (Big Show - Shaq maybe?)
