Is my work out routine any good?

    So, i started a thread today hoping for people to help me improve my diet

    I guess i should go the whole hog and have the experts here on boards take a look my gym routine also.

    Goals: Initially loose weight, reduce body fat and tone up.

    I go to the gym mon/wed/friday with a 5 km cross-country run/walk on sunday.

    Any weights i lift a light to medium i would say.

    So here it is:
    Upper body (day 1)
    Cario 15-20 mins on thread mill 6mph
    Seated row 3x12
    Bench press 3x12
    DB side raises: 3x12

    Cardio 10-15 mins cross trainer
    Hammer Curl 3x12
    Tricep Pushdown(rope)
    Ab shaper (3x20)
    Planks 3 x 30 secs
    Side planks 3 x 15 secs

    Cardio 5-10 mins


    Lower body Day 2
    Cario 15-20 mins on thread mill 6mph
    Leg press 3x15
    lunge (with 2 10 kg dumbells) 3 x 15
    Squat (with 10kg dumbells) 3x15

    Cardio 10-15 mins cross trainer

    Calf raise 3x15
    oblique curl 3x15 on each side
    Knee lift 3x10

    Cardio 5-10 mins


    And thats it! I open to suggestions on any improvements i really just want to make the most of the time i spend in the gym
