im doing out my training for this semester and am following the scrawny to brawny precision nutrition programme

in phase 4 the wording describing the session is confusing me a bit here is the bit confusing me
you will be supersetting all of the excersises. this is why the exercises are broken down into groups using numbers and letters. for example you would do a set of the a-1 exercis and then immedietely proceed to the a2 exercise before taking a 90 second rest.you would then continue with this sequence until you have performed the desired number of sets for that pairing. then you would proceed on to b-1,b-2, and so on

    day 1

    workout a
    1.blahx
    2. blahy
    1. blah u
    2. blah v

    workout b
    1.blahx
    2. blahy
    1. blah u
    2. blah v

    workout c
    1.blahx
    2. blahy
    1. blah u
    2. blah v

the part that confuses me is this. do i pick one superset from each of the workouts or do i do both supersets in each workout. i think it means pick one from each set but this seems like very low volume to me and i want to make sure iv got it right

edit; hmmmm now im thinking that as its a 4 day split with two upper and two lower days im thinking that you pick one from each group one day and then the next day you do the other excersises

My advice is to not 'sit around' waiting for muscles to grow. Just get into the habit of eating what you want and going to the gym. If you try to stick to a speific diet and regime, then you'll only give up sooner rather than later. I've been doing jogging/cycling/rowing and weights for 10 years now but I never once had the intention of just getting muscular. I did these things to feel better mentally, more than anything.
