Can you be more specific? A protein only diet or just looking to increase your protein intake?

Your only extra nutritional requirements for muscle mass gain is extra calories regardless of whether they're from carbs, fat or protein.

Just include more protein dense foods in your meals. Add an egg or two into your breakfast, maybe some fish in your lunch, snack on cottage cheese.

You might want to check out the sticky posts in the fitness forum, which is where many weightlifters etc post. Many would recommend 1g per lb bodyweight per day.

Personally I mainly eat eggs, chicken, lean mince, and some whey protein powder which I mix with stuff like porridge, pancake batter, also mix it with jelly to make mousse, I also drink lots of whole milk.

Your training needs to be optimal too, good compound lifts like deadlifts, squats, dips, chinups, military press etc.
