I'll start off with this article that lists a number of shows from different channels, please do add if you find other shows or pilots:

I like the sound of the new Nikita.
If done right (Alias-ish with a story arc, rather than the klunky 90s series) it could be good.

There is a huge amount of material for this in the comic books. Hopefully they wont **** it up. Nathon Fillion would be perfect for the lead i think

Fillion is doing well in Castle, and that show is looking good for a 3rd season.

Woody Harrelson was suppose to be playing the Frank Gallagher character in the us version of Shameless i dont know if he still attached now he is getting oscar buzz and tons of award nominations for his latest film. I am really not sure how a us version of Shameless will work tbh

I'm not the biggest Shameless fan.. not that I don't like it but I've only watched a few episodes from the first season so I can't comment as much.. but a US version doesn't work.

The whole council estate thing just wouldn't work in the US.. odds are they'll be changed to a trailer trash family. It'll be dreadful.. I just know it.

Though to be honest, this year's pilots couldn't possibly be any worses than last year's. Bar Modern Family, I couldn't give a rat's ass about any of them.

Four-time Emmy-winner Allison Janney is returning to television to star in the ABC pilot Mr. Sunshine, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Longtime West Wing star Janney will star alongside Friends alum Matthew Perry. Perry stars in the pilot as the manager of a deteriorating San Diego stadium who begins to reevaluate his life after his 40th birthday. Janney will play the stadium's owner, Crystal, an eccentric pill-popper. Perry helped develop the project, which he will also co-write and executive produce.
Sunshine marks the third pairing for Aaron Sorkin grads Janney and Perry. Perry appeared on three episodes of Sorkin's The West Wing in the show's fourth and fifth seasons. Janney then played herself on an episode of Sorkin's failed 2006 late-night drama, Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip.
Janney is also set to appear in Wing executive producer John Wells' upcoming Showtime project, Shameless, THR reports.

Apart from the untitled Larry Charles project, everything listed sounds dreadful. Like basquille, I reckon only Modern Family remains watchale out of this year's new shows. I'm trying to watch The Middle but it's really rather weak fare.

Modern Family definitely is the best new show of this season. Although, I think The Middle, Community, and Glee were also very good new shows...

That's only a confirmation that they've ordered the pilot. We already knew that.

Things just got awkward for Chuck's Tony Hale and Eli Stone's Matt Letscher. The pair are set to co-star in ABC's new comedy pilot, Awkward Situations for Men, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Awkward follows British TV personality Danny Wallace, who plays himself, as he moves to America with his wife. Hale will play Will, Danny's American friend who tries to keep Danny in check with American customs, to no avail. Letscher will portray Bob, the boss of Danny's wife, Meg, at a smoothie corporation.
The show is based on Wallace's book, Awkward Situations for Men, and comes from Warner Brothers Television.

Tom Welling may be back on The CW next season — at least as a producer. The network has picked up a Welling-produced dramedy pilot set in world of competitive college cheerleading titled Hellcats. It’s Election meets Bring it On.
You thinking what I’m thinking? ‘Cause I’m thinking there may be Smallville-related strings attached to this deal. But that’s pure speculation on my part.
The CW has also given a greenlight to the hour-long pilots Betwixt (about urban-based ‘changelings’ who are responsible for saving humans from evil), and HMS, a Hayden Panettiere-produced (seriously!) drama about med students at Harvard.

Sarah Chalke has landed the female lead in the ABC comedy pilot Freshman.
The Scrubs vet will play Jane, a smart and funny freshman congresswoman who excels at pretty much everything except relationships.
Exec produced by Arianna Huffington and How I Met Your Mother’s Greg Malins, Freshman centers on three rookie politicians who live together in Washington D.C.
Still to be cast are Chalke’s two male co-stars.

TITAN TEAM (A.K.A. UNTITLED ADAM F. GOLDBERG PROJECT) (FOX) - Bret Harrison ("Reaper") has landed the lead role on the comedy pilot, about an "A-Team"-esque group of twentysomething geniuses who crack computer security systems. He'll play Cameron Bright, the latest addition to the team. Seth Gordon is helming the Sony Pictures Television/Happy Madison Productions-based half-hour from a script by Adam F. Goldberg.

If Bret Harrison is in it, then I'll definitely be hoping that this goes well...

The prospective series revolves around two rival Chicago-based families, one in the DA’s office and another in a high-powered law firm. Zach is playing Alex Galloway, the Romeo of a modern-day Romeo & Juliet story.

"Lost" may be ending its storied run in May, but Daniel Dae Kim is hoping he can stick around in Hawaii.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the "Lost" star has landed one of the lead roles in CBS' pilot update of "Hawaii Five-0."
Kim will play Detective Chin Ho Kelly, stepping into Kam Fong's shoes from the original island cop classic.
The new "Hawaii Five-0" comes from "Fringe" co-creators Roberto Orci and Alex Kurtzman, plus "CSI: NY" veteran Peter Lenkov.
The trade notes that while the show's lead role -- Dectect Steve McGarrett -- has yet to be cast, "Moonlight" and "Three Rivers" star Alex O'Loughlin has been in talks to take over the part made famous by Jack Lord.
Kim has played Jin Kwon for six seasons on "Lost." His prior credits included "24," "Angel" and the miniseries "The Andromeda Strain."

Another Friday Night Lights alum has scored a pilot.
Sources confirm that Minka Kelly has landed a role in the prospective CBS comedy, True Love.
The project — produced by Matt Tarses of Scrubs and Worst Week fame — focuses on four friends looking for love in New York. Kelly will play Kate, who’s described as sweet, strong-willed, and Midwestern.

NBC is cozying up to Friends with Benefits.
From (500) Days of Summer writers Scott Neustadter and Michael Weber, the comedy pilot was passed on by ABC, which originally developed the project, Variety reports.
The single-camera comedy focuses on five friends who get involved in FWB relationships while on their hunt for love.
Wedding Crashers helmer David Dobkin will direct the pilot.

    and

Buffy alum Marc Blucas has landed a role in ABC's drama pilot True Blue.
He has been cast in one of the lead roles.
The project, which centres around six San Francisco homicide detectives who are investigating the murder of one of their own, sees Blucas play a divorced father of two who is harbouring feelings for his ex.

Without a Trace alum Poppy Montgomery has nabbed a role in the ABC pilot True Blue.
The drama revolves around six former best friends who rose through the ranks at the San Francisco Police Department and reunite to solve the murder of one of their own. Past rivalries and old flames pop up, however.
Montgomery will play hard-working Katherine Miller, the department's only female police captain, who struggles to balance her demanding career and complicated personal life following a divorce.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Maggie Q has been cast in the lead role in the franchise revitalization, which focuses on a new Nikita being trained to go after the old Nikita, who went rogue.

Previous franchise stars have included Ana Parillaud (Luc Besson's "La Femme Nikita"), Bridget Fonda (the American remake "Point of No Return") and Peta Wilson (the USA series).

Maggie Q was born Margaret Quigley, but that sounds less cool and exotic, now doesn't it? An "exotic" (we like using Hollywood code) mix of Vietnamese and Polish-Irish (but born in Hawaii), Maggie Q went to Asia to pursue a career in modeling and eventually became a major star in Hong Kong films, before transitioning into Hollywood prominence with roles in "Mission: Impossible III," "Life Free or Die Hard" and "Balls of Fury."

The CW's "Nikita" is being developed by Craig Silverstein and produced by WBTV and McG's Wonderland.

Sarah Connor Chronicles alum Leven Rambin has joined the cast of ABC’s summer series Scoundrels.
The dramedy centers on the matriarch (Virginia Madsen) of a family of crooks who attempts to lead her brood on an honest, hardworking path after her hubby (Neal McDonough) is sent to prison. Rambin will play their dumb-as-nails, aspiring model daughter, Vanessa.
Scoundrels — which has been picked up for eight episodes (all of them slated to air this summer) — is based on the New Zealand series Outrageous Fortune.

Helen Mirren's star turn in Prime Suspect is turning out to be a hard act to follow.
Production on the pilot for a U.S. remake has been pushed back by NBC because of difficulties casting the lead role, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The reboot was written by Without a Trace creator Hank Steinberg and based on the popular BBC drama of the same name — which also aired on PBS. The crime procedural followed a detective as she investigated complicated cases.

Following a long search, NBC executives decided to postpone the pilot until June since they felt they had not been able to find the best actress for the part, the trade paper reported.

Mirren, the series' original star, won two Emmys and three BAFTAs for her work as Detective Jane Tennison.

Glenn Close or Patricia Clarkson come to mind

The Untitled Michael Dinner Pilot, originally titled ATF, centers on an ATF agent (Walsh) who’s struggling to balance career and family.
The Whole Truth, meanwhile, chronicles the building of a case from the perspective of both the defense and prosecution. Richardson will play the prosecuting attorney.
