    Some things are,quite frankly, a puzzlement !

    Why are they like they are ? Can somebody explain ?

    Take a certain building society - set up to provide reasonably cost housing for the general body of population.
    They take a new direction..dabble in property speculation,,,get badly burned...bailed out by John Q taxpayer to the tune of millions ... and yet their Chairman,who presumably presided over this mess ends up trousering huge bonusus, a pension most of us can only dream of AND a 1 million severance bonus !

    How can that be ?:confused:


    Take the Air Traffic controllers - responsible job agreed !...deserve to be well paid - agreed !

    But...looking for extra money to "operate new technology" - aw hold on lads.!

    It's a techie job for f**k sake - there will be constantly new technologies..do they expect to get paid every time there is a tech upgrade ?

    How can it be that technical people ..require payment to work with new technology ? :confused:

    Throw in a few more or rationalise the above......whatever ......:confused::confused:
