Wondering if anyone can help here or point me in the right direction.

I have an issue on my laptop where its becoming increasingly slow of late. I checked the task manager and it seems that there are multiple browser windows operating in a hidden capacity (i have one instance of windows explorer yet there are four or five listed in task manager) all gobbling up resources.

When i try to end the process, it immediately opens back up again running in the background, completely invisible.

I have Hijackthis installed and can run logs if anyone needs it.

    Any ideas?
