    Hey guys,

Just have a few questions that i hope someone can help me with.

Ive been gyming and eating healthy for nearly 4mts now and lost just over 2stone, im delighted with my progress but i feel like ive hit a wall so im trying to change things up a bit, all the info i need on food is in the stickies so im good there but its the workout im trying to get sorted.
I want to do 3 weight sessions a week, monday, wednesday and friday and then on tuesday and thursday do cardio.
    So just a few questions.
With the weights what should i doing, high reps with lowish weight or low reps with high weight? Its hard for me to get a straight answer, even in my gym one instructor will tell you one thing and the other something totally different.
With Cardio should i just keep my heart rate around 125-130 for fat burning (im 26) or should i go 2min slow and 1 fast for the duration of the exercise?
Should i try do whole body workouts on my weight nights or should i try do some sort of split programme?
Sorry for all the q's its just ive been doing so well i dont want to let myself down now.
Is there anywhere on the net that i could get decent programme off?

    Thanks in advance guys.

    Vinnie.

vary the weights and reps etc,,,
heavy and low reps will yield the best results.
when i say low i'd probably leave 8 reps as low enough for you and your goals.

if i was you i'd focus on full body work outs but dont do too much during each session, 1-2 exercises per body part till ya get to a stage where you want to split up the body parts..

    Hi Vinnie

The first piece of information folks will need to be able to provide a helpful answer is what are your goals.

You stated that you started 4 months ago and have lost 2 stone weight, so I assume you initial goal was to lose weight? Is this still your primary goal or has it changed?

Once you post your goal(s) then folks can give you advice on the best way to reach your targets.

    Best Regards,

    M

full body program of weights 2-3 days per week, one interval session and 1-2 30mins steady aerobic sessions should do it.

Vary it most days of the week and stretch lots
