    Not sure if this is the right place but I play corner back for my local club in hurling and football.I am after getting gym membership and want to know of exercises for improving my strength that I can do.I woulddnt be very strong..Thanks

    Dont get hung up on on gym work. Unless you have a serious plan and a good instructor.

    Have seen a few good players making a right "balls" of themselves by overdoing it.
