Kickboxing cardio classes in newbridge/naas area?

I wanna take up kickboxing but the cardio workout kind, and was wondering if there was any classes around naas/newbridge.. any kind of help will be greatly appreciated :D

I know its not Naas / Newbridge, but the only one I know is in Athy. Try www.kickboxing.ie

I think Newbridge sports centre has what your looking for, they had it there a couple of yrs ago anyway. theres kickboxing in kildare but as a martial art, the one in the sports centre was like Tai-Bo
