    Yup, sweet.

A start for JET, and it looks like he's playing at CF! Mad! Though more likely it's Vela at CF and JET on the left. I've only just woken up, so I'm a bit slow.

Campbell and Silvestre would struggle against Newport County so I think Arsenal will lose because of them.

Good to see Rosicky isn't actually starting. Don't think he woulda survived it. It's a pretty decent team, though the defense is weak. I would have preferred Clichy to start at left back.

The bench however is very strong and it's great to have Ramsey there too.

  • Users Awaiting Email Confirmation Posts: 15,001 ✭✭✭✭Pepe LeFrits

Fantastic that Ramsey is fit enough for the bench already.

Great to see John Hartson in the studio.

Looking forward to seeing Campbell play. Good move by Wenger I think. He'll deal with Delap's long throws well I think.

Sol needs to be MOTM amongst the midgets, or Arsenal will probably lose.

    fuller strikes again

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 51,342 ✭✭✭✭That_Guy

    Should've been Fabianski's ball.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,261 ✭✭✭kenon

Its rotten defending. It's going to be irritating having to listen to Southgate for 90mins.

I know. Still, I suppose it's better than listening to Jim Beglin.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 36,468 ✭✭✭✭SlickRic

    and there you go.

that was nothing to do with strength and height though.

that was just sh*t from fabianski, and whoever let fuller go.

Stoke are really restricting Arsenal's play in these first 5 minutes.

yeh arsenal need to get out of bed yet, still have a bet on them to win, and arsenal to win 3-1.

Arsenal will more then likely return, but I think if Stoke continue the way they are the result wont be as clearcut as that.

i know looking at that alright, ah sure if we win I'll still get my money back and a little more.

i know Stoke are allowed to play whatever way they like within the rules, but the way they play the game is truly horrible.

and they get away with sh*t very few others get away with, purely because 'it's the way they play'. cheeky kicks after the ball is gone, 'strong' defending to name a couple.

Sol Campbell looks rusty to say the least.

Silvestre is still an absolute calamity.

i enjoy watching Silvestre play football.

    for all the wrong reasons.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 51,342 ✭✭✭✭That_Guy

How many times has an Arsenal player managed to let a ball go out of play now?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,972 ✭✭✭patrickc

think Wenger needs to have one of his serious chats at 1/2 time, the your not worthy of playing here one again

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 40,919 ✭✭✭✭Xavi6

Really should be two up now, if Fuller went down straight away, instead of in phases, he would have had a pen. No guarantee of the goal mind.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 51,342 ✭✭✭✭That_Guy

He can't cope. He needs to be taken off.

    The RB that is.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,972 ✭✭✭patrickc

    Denilson you beauty:D:D:D

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 36,468 ✭✭✭✭SlickRic

the ITV commentators are now trying to tell us Stoke aren't one-dimensional.

say they've played well lads, no problem.

don't insult our intelligence by saying they're not long ball merchants.

Undeserved equaliser but hey, that's football.

Awful, was never a free. Unlucky to concede, took a touch or Sorenson would have had it.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,148 ✭✭✭✭Raskolnikov

    Lucky Arsenal.
