Considering Dormammu's only weaknesses are:

His own arrogance and impatience. I can't see him underestimating a God like Thor.

and

His power is diminished in realms that lackcertain 'mystic qualities'. However, I think a fight against Thor would take place in an area rich in such energies, which would have Dormammu at close to full strenght. It is said that none can stand against him when he reaches full power.

Plus, the only time Thor and Dormammu met, Dormammu won.
