Exercise to Strengthen Shoulder

    Hi,

I have a very troublesome right shoulder (occassional partial dislocations due to laxiety), I have been reccommended by a consultant to go for a stabilization operation on the shoulder but there is no way I can afford the time off required (3 days in hospital and 6 weeks in a sling), as it would seriously hinder me at work.

I am wondering if there are any exercises you could reccommend, that would help strenghten the shoulder joint until such a time as I can go for the operation? I play football and soccer and when well strapped up it usually doesn't cause me any major bother but would like to get it as strong as possible for the coming year.

    Thanks

There are strict rules about giving out any sort of medical advice on here. Any exercise could cause further damage.

That kind of advice is something that a medical professional should be helping you with I'm afraid OP.
