Can't Train - How do I keep as much of my gains as possible?

    Had a fall on the ice nearly 3 weeks ago. Dislocated shoulder, cracked shoulder, ribs and chest. Basically left arm is out of action for probably another few weeks.

    What can i do to make sure any muscle loss is minimal in the meantime? The pain is subsiding a little this week so will attempt some leg work possibly tomorrow although even that will be limited.

    eat enough, especially protein. you wont lose muscle that quickly! strength maybe, but not muscle
