Thats a great track Zascar.

I'm really digging Chymera at the moment. I like pretty much everything he has done but this one stands out for me:

No idea actually, and Gypsy Bum was one of his first tracks...He has an EP out now, and his stuff is getting played by Brodinski and Laidback Luke etc, so he probably gets promo stuff and sample packs now, dunno about then though.

haha no way, that was the release before mine on brandnewvibe many moons ago. great track and like you say seems to steer clear of being cheesy while being kinda cheesy.

Very nice jeff. I saw the link on your twitter earlier and clicked on it - it was just playing in the background and I had no idea it was actually yours! I like it a lot, I've been meaning to hunt down a lot more music just like this. I'm diggin your new stuff actually - much of your techno over the last while hasn't been my thing really, although it's very sophisticated and well produced I can't saw it excited me, but I'm looking forward to hearing what your new alias is going to bring.

because the sound is horrific. well tbh it's not that bad, but i only figured out how to make videos out of tracks last night (i know that's strange!).

We all know the sound from youtube is a bit pants (unless you upload in HD etc), but its still decent enough to listen to a track, and then if you like it you'll prob go buy it in high quality somewhere else anyways. I just would have thought it would be good promotion for you as a producer to have all/some of your tracks under your profile so people can listen, browse others or subscribe... Good way to build a fanbase I would have thought...

yeah completely. but i decided a long time ago that until i really had something I thought was worth plugging I was just going to focus on making the music and developing my sound.
I am officially the worst self-publicist going. Only got a resident advisor page yesterday!
I'm actually in the process of sorting out a dedicated publicist.

Guess it's the fact that you see quite a few Irish DJ's (none of whom are mentioned in this thread btw) who promote the bejaysus out of themselves but don't really have anything of substance to back it up.

sir i was referring to that particular track, i would be quite surprised if the above mentioned were playing that particular track in their sets etc, its just an opinion, i aint trying to convince anybody, im sure the guy has bettter tracks than that!

Diego thanks for the heads up on that, went in on Friday and it was very good. I've been to three of those talks now in TP and they are very interesting. Met Jeff and Ronan in there good to see you again lads, and got to meet Donnacha and chat to him a bit before the gig. Very nice guy and his talk was cool, definitely worth going to.
