    Hi Everyone,

    Dont know if anybody has heard yet but the details for the Survival Challenge 2010 in aid of Mercy Hospital Cork are out now,

    It is on the start of May in Wicklow Mountains and end of September in the Comeragh Mountains,

    I did it last year and it was brilliant, would urge anybody to try it out and its for a great cause,
