    Hi, has anyone done this. I was thinking of incorperating it in a workout but not sure how. I know it will work my chest,upper back,triceps but not sure if i then do the lower back, core and legs. Should i do both or just the push ups

    Has been discussed before. I would find it far more interesting finding ways to vary your pushup style so you cannot do more than 10-15 of them.

    Spot on rubadub, I find that putting weight-plates wrapped in a towel into a backpack can be quite good. Do this, and do your pushups between two chairs and you'll know all about it.

    I think just aiming for 100reps in one go is not that great a way to get better at them - i think working them into a program is better.

    Just get chest to the ground on every rep - if it does not touch its not a rep

    its possibly the most overlooked exercise yet most people cant even do 10reps with chest to floor yet want to know about getting a bigger chest!

    Just get chest to the ground on every rep - if it does not touch its not a rep
