    Obviously loads of videos online, few of them show much range of movement. Whats the feeling of people here, what's the best movement. Also how to judge if the movement gets below parallel. Here's one of the few vids I found online that I can see the benefit of.

    Go as low as you can, but stop before you heels lift or your back starts to round.

    I actually am getting some tension in the lower back, that's probably that.
