    i have never been to any gym and i want get ripped this year but i dont no what gyms are good ... so any advise....

    I always say the same thing, join a gym thats less than ten mins from yer gaff that way you'll go. Avoid anything that doesn't have a squat rack, oly bars etc..
    There's a raw gym in portobello if that's near.

    TF Malahide is five minutes from my 'gaff', but I travel to TF Blanch because its better!.

    Northwood is ten minutes from my 'gaff', half the price of TF but sh*t so I go to TF Blanch.

    Small points I know, but there ya go.

    You'll find that for many people my plan works. I'd love the option of a commute to a truely great gym. Unfortunately, stuff gets in the way. This is how life works. Ten minute rule FTW.
