What are you hoping to achieve? Goals? Training time? Equipment? Diet? etc, etc

goals would be tone, build some more muscle & strength. \member of fitness dock so have access to decent equipement. train 3-4 days at the moment, day on day off, day on legs, day on back/chest & day on arms spilt. get all cardio from martial arts and cycling. Diet good, lot of fruit, protein, low carbs and low on alcohal
