She was quoted as saying:
“I’ve spent over $1 million, almost $2 million, on this album,” Montag added. “It’s cost as much or more than a Britney Spears album because I wanted it to be that quality.”
But she’s confident she’ll recoup her investment “within the first week” of the release.
Montag is gearing up to release her debut album, Superficial — and she thinks it’ll be as timeless as Michael Jackson’s multi-million-selling Thriller.
“I definitely do,” the delusional starlet told Entertainment Weekly magazine when asked if she thought it would have similar staying power.


Also appears to be mildly addicted to Plastic Surgery. Is planning on having more work done.

Amazing really, her role on The Hills appears to have opened so many doors - Take for example her first ever 'live' performance - which was heavily choreographed and lip- synced in front of millions. Quite reminiscint of a Britney performance some years back - almost identical outfits. check it out

For a 23 year old she has had a shocking amount of surgery, she had 10 procedures done now, reportedly in one day, I could tell myself that she'd had a partial brow lift, chin augmented, second nose job, and second boob job but apparently the others were: ears pinned back, neck lipo :eek:, botox, fat injections in her cheeks, lipo on waist, hips, thighs and a buttock augmentation

She was stunning before all of the work. Hate to think what she'll look like in 10 years time, fair enough if she wanted a boob job (who doesn't in LA?!) but she really didn't need anything done to her face, she was gorgeous. Her twat of a husband probably encouraged her to do it :rolleyes:

Her new face looks terrible. It makes her look a lot older. It's quite sad really. She was naturally pretty before all the surgery. I wouldn't be suprised if Spencer was behind it. He seems like such a nasty, selfish, spoiled little man.

I think she's a bit delusional on the whole music career front.

She is delusional about her music career, no one will ever take her seriously but to be fair she did source some pretty good little pop songs and the album is pretty good. She has a pretty anaemic voice though and cannot dance or move AT ALL.

And yes, she did get some great little songs penned, but with her money comes access to a lot of major industry players (which she could have availed of) I have neither and my songs are better ( watch this space!! available for your listening pleaseure soon:) )

From reading articles and hearing bits here and there, Spencer used to be Brody Jenner's agent/manager then they'd a falling out so he became his wives manager.

I don't like her new look. Its so false. She's completely different to the girl we first saw on the Hills.
I saw a clip on People.com, she looks like a robot and she has a new pout. Boobs are too big.

The plastic surgery on that show is creepy and worrying, especially considering they're all in their early 20's.
Audrinas breats have completely changed since the first season and are now stuck on melons. Stephanie has definatly had a nose job and lip fillers. Heidi's plastic surgery is so out of control that she can no longer move her face.

One thing I'll say for Heidi though is at least she is open about her plastic surgery obsession and is admitting all the work she has got done. There are so many celebrities who get enormous work done secretly and we're meant to aspire and lust after their 'natural' looks.

The Hills is a programme aimed at a younger generation of women and it shows a generation that is obsessed with how they look and willing to undertake expensive,dangerous surgery to achieve that perfection.

God she was gorgeous back then! I was watching E News this evening (it was a slow TV day ok! :P) and I couldn't believe the state of her. The photos in this thread are nowhere near as bad as it's gotten now, she looks awful. Prat face is destroying her.

Apparently he said he's not happy with the new batch of surgeries, he said he thinks she was perfect the way she was but she said it's her body, she wasn't happy with it and is entitled to do whatever she wants with it.

In all fairness to Prat face (good name btw ) you cant blame it on him. All the main charactersin the Hills have had some type of plastic surgery. At least when Lauren was in it, it focused on her trials at work and her career. Now its just about superficial looks and girls fighting over men.

Its scary to think that over 40% of UK teen girls want plastic surgery. I hope they see the monstrosity of what Heidis turned into and think again!

Also she was never really good looking, but her surgery just made it a lot worse. She looked better when she was more natural with darker hair

She looked way better in the early days of the Hills. So pretty. Now she's brutal. She said it's the industry she's in, everyone is doing it. She's in her early twenties, imagine what she's like in her forties, she'll be the next Joan Rivers!

I don't think Lauren ever had anything done did she? She has her head more screwed on more than the rest of them at least.

I don't think Lauren or Lo had anything done, Audrina has big fake boobies and had her lips done too I think, Jen Bunney had a nose job and Stephanie Pratt has had her lips and nose done.

Michael B you're right, she's starting with Botox and all the surgery at 23, she'll be a mess by 40, just look at Katie Price, she's only around 30 and her face is all puffy and weird already. Heidi said "From now on it's just maintenance", my God, at 23 that's a looooot of maintenance to be looking at :eek:

She was very naturally pretty and now she is plastic fantastic, another example of women succomming to the pressures of false beauty. Supposedly Cheryl Cole also had work done to her lips....another crazy example!
Is it any wonder young girls and boys think boob jobs are normal? I am not that old but I think its scary!

Its amazing, at 23 years of age to have had that much work done... She looks so fantasticly plastic these days, from the hair extensions to the nose!

Another thing I find amazing, you see these shows and they're chilling out round the house in 5 inch heels, full going out gear and war paint, at lunchtime!

The message this sends to the target audience... No wonder 14 year olds want plastic surgery, its portrayed as normal by these shows!!!

Im actually really disapointed about this whole thing, Heidi was always one of my favourites because she was so naturally beautiful, when she smiled her whole face lit up. Now she cant even move her face enough to smile.
Why would someone so young feel the need to get all this unneccessary surgury and ruin themselves? Cant get my head around that! :mad::(

To all the people blaming Spencer, why? He wasnt happy with her going for the surgury apparently. She went for it herself and ruined herself, therefore she has no one to blamer but.. Herself!

I just watched the Access Hollywood interview with her. Besides the voice she looks absolutely nothing like the girl in the 1st season of The Hills. Which obviously is what she wanted but it's disturbing to see someone my age do something so drastic to themselves.

She's a shadow of her former self.
She used to seem so happy and healthy, when she first came on The Hills ... now, she's just so false, plastic and frightened-looking.

I actually felt upset watching that. She seemed so fragile and naive... She's the epitome of everything that's wrong with Hollywood and media pressure to conform.

I felt upset watching it too. I can't imagine how her family especially her mother feels about it. I feel very sorry for her. She said how she couldn't smile on the red carpet because people on blogs were saying she had a Jay Leno chin. She must have been very insecure to go that extreme. What she really needed was counselling and to get away from Hollywood.

This is true..Spencer was not happy at all.
Speidi were my fav couple on the hills...Yeah Spencer is a bit of an idiot but I find him funny some of the things he says. In interviews they say it as it is 'not really reality' and just laugh off any criticism. The Hills were down in ratings so they hired Spencer as the 'bad guy' and it's all just a big act..Lauren & co are just a bunch of moaners in my opinion..Lauren can't handle having friends who have boyfriends...lol and Audrina who only saw Justin like once every 2 or 3 months is creating all this drama like they're married! Yawn..
Heidi has ruined herself though..she looks about 10 years older and unnatural. Every girl has something they want to change about themselves and Heidi suddenly started earning loads of money and was able to do that. She stupidly went over the top and she is far from being done.
