Two posts in a day eh? I must be busy. In my defence facebook is quiet :)

Here's an attendee's (Sally) review of the Dan John seminar we held after Chrimbo. I know there was a few topics before on some of the stuff he did but hopefully this will generate some good discussion on some of the info available in the blog and on the seminar.

Read all that already - great write up. Also like Transform's write up.

Two things that I really enjoyed from reading:

    1) The simplicity. Sometimes it's the simple things that you really don't get (or at least need to remind yourself of) - focussing on the one goal and giving it all you got to do it justice. One to remember when the next GAA head comes on saying he wants to build mass...so he can be stronger....but also wants speed...and and....

    2) I loved the technical aspects. How to set up properly for a given exercises...the different techniques....conditioning methods. I wish I had a name like Litvinov!
