Compatiable replacement screen for my laptop?

I was asked to repair the screen for a family members laptop. I dismantled the screen and found its manufacturers code: QD15XL04, rev 3. I typed this into google, and found one ebay shop that was cheaper than the rest:
    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/15-QUANTA-QD15XL04-screen-LCD-panel-DELL-0Y6185-100L_W0QQitemZ170431477063QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Computing_LaptopAccess_RL?hash=item27ae81f547

I paid for the screen, but then he told me that he had made a mistake in the ebay write up: He had it down as a rev 4, when it was actually a rev 1. I said that as long as it would work as a replacement i didnt care what revision it was (after all, the broken original was a rev 3). However, he refunded my money and told me that it was different.

Now, my question is, should I just order the rev. 1? My intuition tells me that the revision shouldnt matter, as long as its the same manufacturers code QD15XL04, it shouldnt matter. As i said, its alot cheaper than the others on ebay.
