    Hi

    Just seeing if anyone here has signed up to the Lean Eating Program for 1st half of 2010?
    Interested to see if any takeup on it but "buddying up" with a local might be a good motivator.
    Let me know if anyone is in.

    Is this something you have to pay for ?

    To be honest, I prefer a common sense approach, hard work and the advice of the good people on this board. Using this method I have got bigger and stronger .... and I am now successfully getting leaner.

    But if it works for you, go for it !

    I wouldn't pay for somebody to tell me how to eat right. With the internet and the will to change your diet you have no excuses for not managing it yourself.
