Hey guys, basically looking to get fit and healthy for 2010 and reckon the best way to do it would be to get a personal trainer to get me in shape, I'm in the Dublin area, and depending on prices would be hoping to fit 2 sessions in a week, if anyone know's of anyone can you let me know (prices would be a great help too)

PM Transform, I'd definitely recommend him and I'm sure a few others here would too, he posts pretty regularly. His website is http://www.thetransformationcatalyst.com/.

Going only on his posts and visiting his site, definitely Transform! Until May when I'm qualified... :P

Southside go to transform [http://www.thetransformationcatalyst.com] as already mentioned or else Colm/Will at www.crossfit.ie.

Northside go to Will at informed performance. www.informedperformance.com

Not sure of PT prices. You don't really need to go to IP for personal training as you are looked after very closely anyway. Its 80 a month I think. [No I don't work there]

    I'd second that crossfit recommendation.
