    Doing a piece on today FM at 6.45pm on this above topic - i think they pulled it from a piece in the daily telegraph today.

    Heard the interview. Good stuff. Looking to build up my stretches etc at home before hitting the gym

    I'm 5ft 11. 13 and a half stone.

    Getting married in 6 months time and really need to get my self in order.

    Cook a lot myself and love good healthy food. Understand the calories in and calories out bit but struggling as to the best way to count them.

    Back of the packet?

    Keep up the good work.

    do not count calories - focus on quality of the food and overall carb intake as these are areas 90% of peole fall down in
