Trapped Nerve

I pulled a muscle about two months ago and I'm still in pain. It is in my lower back, around the tailbone. However, I regularly get short, sharp pains in my buttocks and thighs. I've been told that this is due to a trapped nerve. What can I do to get rid of this?

You'd need to be assessed properly by someone who knew what they were doing. Varies hugely from person to person.

See your doctor or a physio. There are strict rules against giving any sort of medical advice here.

agree with the above, need to see a pro. sounds like sciatica pain but could be caused by any number of reasons.
