    sorry to bother any one.

    you see have problem losing weight and my face is very wide and i have extra fat on my face i never had a slim in the first place and i,d like to.
    i am 5ft 2" size 20 and 14 stone.i can,t afford surgery for reducing a fat on my face.my fat face bother me the most .a fat face is very unattractive

    any real helpful suggestions that really work with good results

    fat generally comes off your face first in my experience , fllow the stickys at the top of the page, get your diet in order & start training and you should see some improvment in a month or so

    You aren't bothering anyone, people ask questions like that all the time here.
    Maybe if you answer these q's people could give you some specific advice..I think its easy to get lost in the stickies when you are just starting out.

    Where do you think you are going wrong?
    What weight do you think you should be?
    What do you eat on a typical day?
    do you do any exercise?

    i eat a lot of junk food and fizzy drinks
    i should weight 9st 9 lbs
    i eat white bread,suages,rashers, potatoes,no butter,meat, cholate over Christmas
    yes when i get time. 30 minties

    more detailed diet please...

    that basically says you eat a breakfast roll with no butter :P

    Face first, belly last (way way way after unfortunately) in my experience too.

    So if it's you're face you're really concerned about this is good news :)

    Eat less, move more. Easier said than done, but the stickies on here are very good.

    Has given me endless good advice to ignore :)

    The answer is simple really - eat better and get up off your butt and do some exercise. Its not about having the time either as you have had plenty of practice getting to 14stone so put in the time doing exercise and eat healthier

    a lot of people will view that as harsh but IMO its spot on .. at 14st and 5ft 2" then yes your face will have a lot of extra fat, read the diet and nutrition stickies and start NOW, take your time and results will happen.

    IMHO there is no point in beating around the bush - save all that for the forums that offer hugs and weight watcher points as advice rather than action
