I'm looking to tone up and improve my agility so I'd like to join a dance or yoga class -tried Curves but got totally fed up with repeated music & routine. I live in the Dublin 9 area so would prefer to join a local class. Does anyone know where I can find such classes?

If you can make it into town, Dance Ireland on Foley street, do a range of dynamic pilates, Ashtanga Yoga and dance classes in the evening.

No Idea what they are like, I just know the building.
