when i lived in canada i was able to buy an ab roller that i could lie down on the floor, and kind of put my hips onto... by lifting the hips, it flexed your lower abs.
cant find one in ireland anywhere, dont even really know the name of it.
its not a regular ab roller...

    can anyone help???/ :(

Why would you want to spend money on such a device?

If youre looking to work your mid section then why not invest in a swiss ball. These exercises if done properly will require you to do more work which which should yield better results and the variety of exercises you can do will be much greater.

Sounds like the sort of thing you'd find HERE or HERE

I used to have one of those. Bought it about 10 years ago. Threw it out there recently. I'll try to remember the name of it. Two slightly curved bars that came up over your shoulders?

I'm afraid it's unlikely you'll get a whole lot of advice on ab rollers here. This is a purist forum, very few people using ad rollers!!

Dover is right with the swiss ball....
