Yes, and in fact I'm wearing 3-d glasses over my regular glasses while I post this.

TBH a thread as stupid as this shouldn't be allowed in the TCD forum. Visual impairment has nothing to do with intelligence.

BTW, you're from blackrock. Are there no glasses there or has mammy and daddy finally created the first area in the world where laser eye surgery is paid for the moment bad eyesight is detected?

My god, your threads just get worse and worse. I'm still undecided as to whether you are a troll or serious because you put so much effort in. Nonetheless I voted anyway out of boredom!

You're too retarded for trinity... at least the science end anyway.

To be perfectly fair, he was just right. That kid has deliberately (I can only hope and pray that its deliberate) made himself into a parody of people from Blackrock!

He could have voiced his opinion without calling the user retarded.

What the hell is a scob?...

And yes I wear glasses. Probably stems from the low light in my room when I read and the fact that I sit with my laptop about a foot from my face.

    Although I am also a genius :D

    And modest too.

    And modest too.

    And a sarcastic bastard ;)

I was going to put it in as "genious" for hilarities sake, but didn't want to come off as completely brain-dead.

Working class? Really? I kind of pictured you as a 16 year old with a jedward haircut, skinny as hell with a face full of spots, dreaming of the day when you're old enough for mammy and daddy to send you to grind school in Leeson street? How could I be so wrong?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 698 ✭✭✭D.R cowboy

This thread is great. I wear glasses and go to Trinity, probably a coincidence rather than a deep meaningful sign... although I have been getting much cleverer since I started wearing glasses. That was 10 years ago and now I am an autodidactic polymath.

Maybe you should all get a pair of these:
    http://www.zennioptical.com/cart/product.php?productid=1035&cat=17&page=1

Deadly. And banning Boston, tiny bit harsh.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 639 ✭✭✭devinejay

Don't wear glasses, but going to Trinity makes me think I should. Not for any superficial trendy peer-pressurey way, only because it seems that it is impossible for a person to be both a TCD lecturer and have reasonable handwriting. Or for them to be able to write larger on request.

    Academics don't do requests.

This seems to disagree with you.
Dude I am just saying "Power to the south and peasant's to the north" Hitler 1939
if you look back throw history the upper class always rise and this is no different we will never be brought down by a small few intangible people ever!
    !

Also what is your fetish with google maps? Every thread you seem to bring it up.

But I did do this for you...I went on to bebo for the first time in years to find you a hip new tune for that ride to the institute. All the birds are going to be all over you, like. You'll be knee deep in it. You'll need google maps to come up for air. Hit it, Kanye.(Who doesn't wear glasses).

    The Fresh Prince Of D4

Roysh, this is the story all about how
My Golf GTI almost got nicked, turned inside out.
And I'd loike to take a minute, we'll have a talk,
I'll tell you how I became the Prince of a school called Blackrock.

In west Glenageary, born and raised,
On the rugby pitch is where I spent most of my days...
    Chillaxing, abbreviating, looking all cool,
Wearing my Polo Sport in and out of school.

When a couple of knackers who were up to no good,
Started wearing shellsuits in my neighbourhood.
They tried to start a fight, I got a bit of a shock,
I said "I'm moving with my rugger-bugger mates to Blackrock!"

The old dear begged and pleaded with me, day after day
But I packed my pink polos and went on my way.
She gave me a kiss and then a Dorsh ticket.
I put some Snoop Dogg on and said I might as well kick it!

I whistled for a jo-maxi and when it came near,
The licence plate said Limerick and had dice on the mirror.
If anything I'd say I'd rather walk,
But I said WHATEVER!, roysh , home to Blackrock!!!

I pulled up to the school around 7 or 8
I yelled to the skobbie driver "yeah thanks loser, later!"
Looked at all the Dubes - couldn't ask for more,
I sat on my throne, the (Legend) Prince of D4.

*I ahve no idea where this song is from, but I like it anyway.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 698 ✭✭✭D.R cowboy

OK man fair play like but you real need to get out more, because Golf GTI are totally not cool anyway plus you say the institute but you also mention the rock , its important to know where you are going that's why i use google maps and talk about them.

How am I a D4 again because I live in County Dublin not donnybrook a bit confused with you their dude
