    Hi Ragg

Is this the KB 300 Meltdown workout you mentioned in your post?

Also, what size is the new KB you are getting and what is postage like from UK?

    Best Regards & Seasons Gretings,

    M

Thanks for the replies, 700 is abit over budget. Anyone know any good resources for beginners? I have read the diet stuff on here and have no worries there it is just the exercise part or how to put a proper plan in place.

Edit: Budget is around 300/400 euro

What size is my kettlebell - thats a very personal question :pac:

    12 KG's (shame)

same video - the point is you try and veat your time on it. I will use it for conditioning work - but a kettle bell can be used for a million things

    Hi

if your looking for resources why not pop over to http://www.stronglifts.com/
difficult to point out resources when you dont say what you want to achieve, ie size, strength endurance etc.

As regards your multi-gyms on ebay, save yourself the money and buy an olympic set and squat rack and a copy of starting strength with that budget, anything left over buy a 16kg kettlebell.
If you still hanker after the multi gym, you will get one on adverts.ie after the christmas novelty and new years resolutions wear off around march:).

from experience I went down that road a few years back, ended up selling the multi gym for half nothing and delivered it. for the last year have used a power rack and olympic set and bench gathered over time from irishlifting (no Mick hasnt paid me, just credit where its due):D dont expect to sell them anytime soon, but a lot better resale if you do.

just looked at that multi gym again on ebay the massive 80kg stack advertised is a bit misleading. That equates to an olympic bar at 20kg, 2x20kg plates and 2X 10kg plates (an olympic set has a total of 140kg standard from most suppliers), and I know you may think well i need a bench and attachments and so on and you dont have the budget, but thats why you build it up over time.

Cheers for that link - looks like a fantastic workout. I'll give it a go with my 16kg Kettlebells.
