Are you keeping hydrated pre, during and post workout? and are you adequately fueled before workouts?

Yeah I get em after hard cardio. There's a theory it's down to blood vessels in the brain dilating and causing the throbbing, I'd say if you have any other symptoms or if they last longer than a few hours see a doc. Try doing a good warm up beforehand as well to ease yourself into it more, rather than lashing into a hard workout straight away or after only a short warm up.

I sometimes get them after intense cardio. They rarely hurt, but they are noticeable. I think it's just to do with lack of hydration and also if the place you are working out is hot.

They always dissapear overnight. If it is hurting you, go see your GP, as it may be something more serious.

Yep, I've got headaches after particularly hard cardio. Make sure you're hydrated enough before you start, and I find a strong espresso afterwards helps.

Fo me, caffeine can cure a headache quickly.

Usually down to a lack of hydration.
Not sure on the caffeine front could just be you get some caffeine withdrawal if you do not get enough caffeine in per day.
