meteor internet settings for my new phone

Hi i just got a phone off the internet but cannot find out what settings to use to get it on internet as meteor do not list it on there website. Its a red apple a2688 dual sim tv phone and the setting they looking for on phone are 1. homepage 2. data account 3. connection type 4. user name 5. password Thanks for the help…
