    Heya, ws just wondering hw & when do we gt our resukts from xmas exams??.... :confused: Are They sent n de post or via e-mail?....plz reply asap!!Worried!!:(

    You'll probably get a pin number posted. They are all checked online now.

    Btw, that bold font and txt speech is irritating! Just letting you know since you new to boards but mods hate it :)

    hate to say that but i realy don't like that kind of spelling...hard to understand...especially with that bold font :(

    by the way,they will send the notification for the result to your mycit email account and it will be similar to this

    Dear Student,

    The results of your Winter Examinations 2010 will be released in two stages:

    - At 6.00pm on Friday XXXXXXXXXX, you will receive an email to your CIT email account, containing your OVERALL result (e.g. Pass). If you have achieved a pass grade, you may then return to class in the next stage of your programme on Monday XXXXXX. If you have not achieved a pass grade, you should contact your Department for further information.

    - Your individual module results will be available online from Friday XXXXX. The Final Grades page will be unavailable between Monday XXXXX and Friday XXXXXX, in order to enable update of results. Follow the steps below to view your individual module results online from Friday XXXXXXX:

    1. In your internet browser, go to the Examinations Office website http://exams.cit.ie
    2. Click on the link to Winter Examination Results. This directs you to the User Login screen.
    3. In the User Login screen, enter your login details as follows:

    User ID: RXXXXXXXXX
    PIN: XXXXXXXX

    4. If your web access has been disabled, it may be because you have unpaid fees. Your web access will be enabled on payment of fees. Please note that this process can take up to five working days from payment date.
    5. If this is your first time logging in to the system, you will be required to change your PIN, and to provide a reminder question which would be used in the event of losing your PIN.
    6. Once you have successfully logged in, follow the menu path below to access your results:

    STUDENT SERVICES AND FINANCIAL AID --> STUDENT RECORDS --> FINAL GRADES.
    Select ACADEMIC YEAR 2009-10 and click SUBMIT. You should now be able to view your results.
    Should you have any queries in relation to your grades, please contact your Head of Department. If you experience any issues in accessing your results, please email results.queries@cit.ie, quoting your student ID no. and programme title.
