Smallest Boat Racing

Had a bit of a lightbulb moments last night.

    "Smallest Sailboat Racing"

The idea being that all boats have to use a pre agreed rig but can have any hull design they like within certain parameters.

For example the hull has to be able to take an adult in sitting position.
Length of boat is measured from tip of bow to trailing edge of rudder.

Any suggestions as to how the handicap system would work?
There would have to be some calculation for finishing position and boat length.

I have a design in my head already and would be keen to test the theory further.

This could make an interesting fun class - smaller than micros.
mabye the rig to use would be a Topper mast and sail which would make things inexpensive and easy to start.

So that's it - just throwing this out for feedback and to see if anyone is interested.
